Amanda wanted to form Coastal Living Title, LLC, to provide a heightened level of service for customers and referral partners throughout Florida. Her passion for the industry is evident in every transaction.
Chad is another founding member of Coastal Living Title and has 18+ years of experience in the title industry throughout Florida and also handles real estate litigation under his Florida law practice. Chad recently served on a wire diversion task force for the leading title insurer in the country and brings this expertise into the back office operations of the company. Chad plays an active role in title review and daily operations for Coastal Living Title.
Daniel is the Vice President of Business Development at Coastal Living Title and is a seasoned real estate and financial services professional, which includes areas such as title, asset management, loan servicing, loss mitigation, real estate investing, compliance, relationship management, process improvement, client engagement, and building successful teams. Daniel has represented several servicers in foreclosure mediations across the country and has successfully built teams and processes for several organizations in the real estate industry. Daniel is also a licensed title agent, and provides added value to customers and referral partners in coordinating trainings, participating in public events, and supporting business development in general. He has received numerous accolades for his passion in building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
