Bassel Salloum is the Founder of Innovative Medical Management and Conexem Software and served as CEO and President for over 25 years. At the age of 19, Bassel developed a passion for protecting medical providers from the complicated management of claims and the abuses by the insurance companies to deny and or delay payments to the medical providers. Bassel has dedicated his life to developing systems and strategies to educate medical providers with the practical application of certain processes that would ensure they received maximum reimbursement for their claims. Bassel developed expertise in billing, collections, legal representation and complete Revenue Cycle Management for medical providers of all specialties including hospitals and outpatient surgery centers. Bassel’s expertise in the industry led him to develop a medical practice management software (Conexem Software) that is now used by more than 200 medical providers in California. In 2022 Bassel Successfully completed the sale of Innovative Medical Management, and Conexem Software to Harris Healthcare, an industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management. During this acquisition, Harris Healthcare formed Resolv Healthcare, a conglomeration of specialized Revenue Cycle Management businesses. Bassel now serves as the Executive Vice President of "Resolv Healthcare Complex claims".
